Golden Ticket Surgery is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to win a luxury cosmetic procedure while also helping those in need.
A portion of every ticket sold will go directly to Fundación Casablanca, which provides reconstructive surgeries and support for people from underserved communities.
This means your Golden Ticket is not only your chance to transform your life, but also a way to change someone else’s future.
Participation:
• Open to persons 18 years and older.
• Each Golden Ticket costs $100 USD.
• Only 250 tickets numbered 001–250 exist.
• Each ticket = one entry.

Terms & Conditions
Medical Conditions And Price Use:
• Prizes are subject to mandatory medical evaluation.
• Winners must claim their prize and attend a medical consultation (in person or online) within 2 weeks after the draw to determine candidacy and define the procedure.
• Once approved, winners have 6 months to schedule and undergo the surgery.
• If the consultation is not scheduled within 2 weeks or the surgery is not completed within 6 months, the prize will be forfeited with no refund or compensation.
• If a winner is not eligible for the chosen procedure, they may:
1. Transfer the prize to another person.
2. Exchange it for another approved procedure of equal value.
• No cash refunds.
• All standard clinic terms and conditions apply to the procedures (informed consent, medical protocols, cancellation policies, etc).
Minimum Sales:
• The draw will take place only if at least 200 tickets are sold before the deadline.
• If not met, a full refund will be issued within 15 business days using the same payment method.
• If not met and refunds done, the 15% discount wont be valid, so please share to sell all the tickets.
Ticket Purchase Limits:
• No limit of tickets for purchase per person
• But the 15% discount is not cumulative, just one discount per person will be valid
Draw Mechanics:
• All 250 tickets will be placed in a transparent raffle drum.
• On Nov 26th night, during a live broadcast, 4 tickets will be drawn as winners.
• The official participant list will be published 24 hours before the draw.
Donation:
• A portion of proceeds will be donated to Fundación Casablanca.
Refunds:
• Only valid if fewer than 200 tickets are sold.
• No other refunds will be issued.
Data protection:
• By purchasing, buyers consent to the publication of their name and ticket number in the participant list.
• Winners consent to their name and/or image being used for transparency, promotion and results publication after surgery, unless declined in writing.
Acceptance:
Purchase of a ticket implies full acceptance of these terms.
